Our Mission

The Mission of Aaron's Hope is to provide educational, recreational, social, and employment resources to transitioning individuals with an autism spectrum disorder in Prince George's County and Charles County, Maryland.

​ What is autism?
Autism is a lifelong, neurological disability, characterized by a myriad of deficits in communication skills, adaptive functioning, executive functioning, cognitive functioning, and/or social skills.


  Autism pervasiveness rises to  1 in 68

Over 1 million children are directly affected by autism. Based on a recent study, the annual cost of autism in the United States is a staggering $126 billion. These numbers have more than tripled the cost analysis from six years ago. This is almost double since the CDC began tracking these numbers.
